Hello Sweet Friends!
Welcome to my new website and blog! It’s been so much fun updating and changing things around!
I’ve been blessed by two talented angels, Carol Ensminger and Shawna Culp with CaSh2 Consulting, who have done the building and designing. I am so happy with the result. I met them both at the Speak Up Conference in Michigan last summer. What a gift they are to so many Christian speakers and authors!
The income Carol and Shawna earn from designing websites and other services, goes to charity. From their website: “EVERY dollar that comes to us, goes to non-profits that are near and dear to our hearts. By hiring us for your website, you give to the “least of these.” Isn’t that amazing? Please check them out at the link above and to learn more about the charities they support.
I hope you will take a look around the site, and if you like what you see, please return often for encouragement, hope and life-changing truth from God’s Word!
I plan to continue to blog regularly and often about things that we, as women of all ages and stages, struggle with. My deepest desire is to be helpful by sharing what I am learning, pointing us toward the only One who can redeem, restore and repair – Jesus.
I certainly don’t have all the answers to the issues you and I face, but I know where the answers can be found!
I love that we are all on this journey together. It is so much more meaningful and sweeter when done with sisters. We are not seeking perfection, but to become the women He had in mind when He made us. And, if you have no idea who that woman is, then you are in good company and have found the right place! Won’t it be amazing to finally meet her?
It is never, ever too late to become who He has created you to be.
As this new site was being designed, I read over all of the names of the women who subscribe to my blog. I prayed for and thanked God for each one.
Whether you are a subscriber or not, thank you for reading my words. Thank you for inviting me to share my story at your gatherings and thank you for leaving comments or emails and sharing a bit of your story with me. I speak and write to connect with you and as authentically as I can, offer hope, encouragement and God’s truth.
Scripture tell us that God has had His eyes on us long before we knew Him. He alone is where we find our significance.
“It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, He had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose He is working out in everything and everyone.” Ephesians 1:11
The key word in this Scripture is everyone. Not everyone else, not those pretend women who seem to have their act together, but real, flawed and imperfect women – just like you and me. I’m so glad you’ve joined me on the journey!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Since I am so very thankful for all of you, I will be offering a give-away after the holiday weekend! Stay tuned!
Love to all,
